I rang up to enquire whether longer keys were available for the 2 1/2 in cupboard locks and was delighted to hear that they were, and at no extra cost. When I submitted my order by internet I mistakenly ordered 1 1/2in locks. You took the trouble to find my phone nuber and ring me to check which I wanted.
