Refurbishing a family heirloom I had despaired of ever finding a suitable replacement lock and thought I would probably have to have a custom built lock made. Finding NicheLocks site and browsing their catalogue I was able to find a suitable replacement lock - almost direct swap with absolutely minimal adjustments, so much so that fitted it is hardly possible to see it is a replacement.
Mistakenly ordered wrong finish (brass instead of black) My error, but no question, a correct replacement was shipped immediately and a credit processed upon receipt of the incorrect unit.
This was a special one-off job for me so repeat orders, if any, would be minimal. However I have no hesitation in recommending NicheLocks not just for their product range but in particular for their exceptional service. Well done !
