Thank you very much for your excellent service. On Monday my neighbour's loft hatch fell open and nearly hit her on the head, this was due to a previous "tradesman" having botched a very poor and weak plastic catch to the trap door which had slowly bent and allowed it to fall open. She asked me if I could help and after some research found exactly the right latch on your website (could find nothing anywhere else). I ordered the catch on Monday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday morning. I fitted it for her On Tuesday afternoon and it is perfect and safe so she does not have to worry about being knocked out by a falling trap hatch! Thank you very much you may have saved somebody's life or at least a nasty blow on the head. I would highly recommend you!

I have been using Niche Locks for many years and their service is up there with the best. I have never had an order go astray or mixed up. If I have a query they are always there to sort it out. And I have to say their knowledge is second to none. They take their business VERY seriously. It really is a shame some others don't do the same. It really is frustrating when you ask someone about a product they sell and they haven't got a clue. There should be more companies like this one. Well done and keep it up.
