On Monday my neighbour's loft hatch fell open and nearly hit her on the head, this was due to a previous "tradesman" having botched a very poor and weak plastic catch to the trap door which had slowly bent and allowed it to fall open. I ordered the catch on Monday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday morning. I fitted it for her On Tuesday afternoon and it is perfect and safe so she does not have to worry about being knocked out by a falling trap hatch!
