These terms and conditions do not affect your consumers' statutory rights.

Prices

Customers in the UK
Please note that prices shown include VAT.
Postage & Packing to mainland UK is free for orders over £100.00.
£3.00 per order for orders below £100.00.

UK customers can also 'upgrade' to Express Delivery (Next Working Day) for £7.80 including VAT. Shipped by APC Overnight Delivery Service or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Customers in the rest of the EC
Please note that prices shown include VAT and this will be charged at the checkout.
Shipping is calculated by the weight of the products. Shipping charges will be shown at the checkout and include VAT.

Customers not in the UK or EC
Please note that prices shown include VAT.
When you give us your billing details, or when a returning customer logs in, the VAT will be deducted from your shopping cart and VAT will no longer be shown on the prices in the shop until you log out.
Shipping is calculated by the weight of the products. Shipping charges will be shown at the checkout and exclude VAT.

Ordering

All orders from you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions. No order submitted by you shall be deemed to be accepted by NicheLocks.com unless confirmation of the order has been made by us to you.

Once you have chosen which items you require, alter the quantity if necessary and click the add to cart button to add those items to your shopping cart. You can review your cart at any time and when you have finished shopping click checkout to complete your order. When arriving at the checkout you will be asked to log in if you are a returning customer. If you are not a returning customer you will be asked to create a profile. Creating a login profile with NicheLocks.com allows you to shop faster, track the status of your current orders and review your previous orders. After confirming your delivery address you will be asked to accept these terms and conditions. Choose your payment method, either Credit/Debit Card or by cheque. Continue to step 3, confirm all the details are correct and click the final confirm order button.

Payment

We accept most debit and credit cards and cheques.
If you prefer card details can be faxed, posted or telephoned through to us.
Please send cheques to the above address. Goods shall not be shipped until cheques have cleared our bank.
Make cheques payable to A & E Squire Ltd.

Delivery

Normally goods are despatched within 3 working days, however we promise to deliver the goods within 30 days, unless you agree to a longer delivery time. If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we shall tell you immediately and agree on another time for delivery. If we cannot agree on another time we will offer you a full refund.

Cancellation

You have a right to cancel this contract from the date of the contract and up to 14 days after receiving the goods. We shall return your money within 14 days of the cancellation. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods. Returns and cancellations may be requested by:

Faulty Goods

If the goods fail to correspond with their description, are not of satisfactory quality, or reasonably fit for their purpose we shall offer the following remedies:
If we are notified within 1 month of a problem we shall offer a full refund.
If we are notified after this period we shall offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.

Mistakes

We shall correct any mistakes in bills, receipts, or payments as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so.

If for any reason you have a complaint, we would like to hear from you. Please call Martin or Craig on +44 (0)1922 473199, or email us. All complaints will be treated confidentially and will be dealt with as quickly and fairly as possible. Most complaints will be acknowledged by return, and all will be acknowledged within five working days. Where a problem takes longer than expected to reach an acceptable solution, we will keep you informed of progress.

Law

English law shall govern these rules.
